The project proposes a dynamic building, with textured concrete modular façades and “plug” balconies that convey movement, while colors, textures, and interior design reinforce a unique identity and sense of comfort.

The architectural proposal emerged from the intention to create a dynamic building, with façades that convey a sense of movement. The large façade panels, with their varied forms, colors, and textures, reinforce not only notions of quality and technology, but also establish a distinctive identity.

The aim is to break away from the monotony of traditional towers, adopting a composition that is both balanced and visually engaging. The building is composed of volumes that interact with one another, while the balconies, conceived as “plugs,” introduce lightness and further dynamism to the ensemble.

The interiors incorporate elements of this façade “movement,” introducing colors, textures, and design choices that foster comfort and a welcoming atmosphere for the user.
